Our History

TaBusca had a quick and energetic start.

The founders of TaBusca, residents of the Islands of Aruba, found it very hard to find used cars, household articles and other such items.

As we were working very hard in daily life, we had little time to read / browse through all the newspapers and we did not want to make dangerous stops along the road to check upon cars for sale. So, we realized that there is a demand for a site like this.

In order for the people of Aruba to be able to buy and sell items quicker and because we had the knowledge and the funds, we started this website. In the preparation phase we decided to go for the best available software at that time.

On October of 2002 TaBusca went live. First the installation of the software and testing of the site at the host took place. Now, all residents of Aruba will have the possibility to advertise their personal items for free in the year 2003.

Mission Statement

TaBusca provides a high-quality Web site for classified advertisements, which will add good value to the lives of Aruba’s residents, in our opinion. To cover the costs of maintaining the site TaBusca will welcome sponsors. We hope that as we grow, the Aruban residents will repeatedly benefit from our service.
